It can take up to 7 days to proceed with refunds for returned items from the date we receive your parcel in our warehouse and it passes through an inventory control.
You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your package has shipped. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PT (3:00 PM ET) will ship the following day. Unless stated otherwise, all orders are shipped via UPS Ground and are expected to arrive within 3-5 business days. Please note that if your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately.
