Order Confirmation
Once you place an order with us, our team works closely with our partners worldwide to source the finest luxury goods. Upon confirmation of your order, a Luxury Decode client support representative will reach out to you within 24-48 hours to verify the details of your order, including sizes and delivery timelines. If we are unable to reach you on the first attempt, don't worry—we will follow up with you via email, call, or text at your convenience.

Shipping Timelines 
We aim to deliver your products within the estimated timelines displayed with each item. Please note that for custom or international orders, these timelines may not include the time taken for order verification.

Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges for size issues only. Requests for exchanges must be made within 48 hours of delivery, and the item must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure the item is in its original packaging, unused, and in saleable condition. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, exchanges can only be processed once per order, and may be subject to availability.

Guidelines for Exchange
- We will arrange a pickup for the returned merchandise within 48-72 hours after your request.
- Used or damaged merchandise is not eligible for exchange.
- The original tags and packaging must be intact.
- If the desired size is unavailable, you may choose another item or receive store credit.

Cancellation Policy 
Cancellations or modifications to your order can be made within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at customerservice@luxurydecode.com. Once confirmed by our vendors, cancellations may not be processed.

Refund Policy
Refunds are offered only if we are unable to procure the ordered merchandise. If you prefer to wait for an alternative, our customer service team will assist you with available options. Refunds typically process within 5-7 business days.

Store Credit
If an exchange or refund is processed in the form of store credit, it will be issued within 48 hours and will remain valid for 30 days.

Shipping Charges
Luxury Decode offers free shipping on orders over $100. A $25 shipping fee applies for orders below $100. International shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and weight of the items.
